    He was born and raised on the island of Rhodes.

    After studying architecture at the universities of Dresden and Wuppertal, Germany, he successfully worked for 12 years in Germany as a project manager at ThyssenKrupp and as a real estate consultant at the Sparkasse banking group in Düsseldorf.

    In 2016 he founded BoatsAdvisor Hub&Events (www.boatsadvisor.com), the world's first yacht review platform turning his career around, turning his hobby into a profession. The company stood out in innovation competitions such as Bluegrowth & MIT enterprise forum Greece.

    Since 2017, he has been active in Rhodes, where his company is headquartered, after 17 years of being abroad. His company is engaged in:

    • Yacht rating platform
    • Maritime tourism development consultancy with specialization in yachting
    • Boat sales and charters
    • Organization of trade shows and conferences focusing on maritime tourism.

    Mr. Konstantaros additionally:

    • is the CEO of the Rhodes Tourism Promotion Organization (PROTOUR)
    • serves as a special advisor on maritime tourism development for the Municipal Port Fund of Southern Dodecanese.
    • is a consultant of several regions and municipalities in Greece in maritime tourism development issues, -cooperates as a trainer for maritime tourism with the KEK Gennimata of PNAI,
    • is an exclusive partner of the Dodecanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry in maritime tourism development issues from 2020,
    • is the head of the Maritime department in the Dodecanese Department of ND from 2022,
    • active member of EKO Shipping of the ND,
    • actively participated in working groups of the Ministry of Shipping and Insular Policy and the Ministry of Tourism of Greece,
    • is a founding honorary member of the Association of Greek and Cypriot Doctors of North Rhine Westphalia- Germany
    • Is the initiator and creator of the Aegean Yachting Festival (www.aegeanyachtingfestival.com) or International Sea Tourism Festival (www.seatourismfestival.com) as it is now called and took place in Rhodes the past years,
    • as well as the co-founder & co-organizator of the Panhellenic Yachting Congress (www.gryachtingcongress.com) which takes place in Athens.
    • He has received special honors such as the Gold Award at the Tourism Awards for his work in 2023, silver in 2022 and bronze in 2021 as well as several international awards such as the Travel&Hospitality Award in the marine tourism category and the iLuxury Award among others.

    Marianna is a Psychologist (University of Derby, UK) she is a certified expert on Therapeutic Play (PTi), and holds a PGDip in Phototherapy from Robert Gordon University, Scotland. She has also received advanced training in the prevention and management of Post-Traumatic Stress (IEMT UK, META International) and is currently working on her Profesional Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.

    She is the creator of NowLetsPlay®™, a registered and award-winning integrative model that uses play as the main method for children, adolescents, educators & therapists and even applications in entrepreneurship and Business contexts.

    Marianna is an Affiliated Partner of the international certification program The Success MindsetMap™ for Greece and Cyprus, exclusive trainer, and supervisor of an innovative program that studies, maps, and redirects mindset through specialized psychometric tools both in diagnosis and intervention.

    She also holds a Professional Diploma in Design Thinking from D-School, Stanford University, CA, and is the first licensed female Consultant in Digital Finance in Greece, exploring next-generation entrepreneurship and leadership in emerging technology environments and their correlation with psychological & behavioural factors. She is an active member of Soroptimism, a global organization advocating for women’s rights and promoting initiatives for women's entrepreneurship.

    Marianna, began her academic journey at the Faculty of Philosophy at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, in the Department of French Literature. Her passion for Art and Design led her to pursue another degree, earning a BA Hons in Interior Design from Middlesex University, UK.

    Recently, Marianna founded The Polypreneurs™, a movement focused on multipreneurship. In 2024, together with Irini Kollintza, she introduced the approach The Nutriventionists®™, which combines the art of cooking and the enjoyment of a meal with mental health, empowerment, play, and self-care.

    In 2024, she was awarded two gold and two silver awards at the Education Leaders Awards, as well as an Honorary Award at the Luxury Tourism Awards 2024.

    For the past 25 years, Marianna has been a consistent columnist, having spent a decade in leadership positions in the Media. She is also an author of books, audiobooks, and stories for both children and adults.

    Yiannis Kantartzis was born in Ottawa, Canada, and raised in Thessaloniki. He holds a BA (Hons) in Economic Sciences from the University of Macedonia, a Master’s degree in Money, Banking & Markets from the University of Birmingham, and a diploma in Political & Economic Sciences from the Autonoma University of Madrid. He also holds all relevant professional certifications, including options market making.

    He’s been in the Markets game since 1998, working as an executive and mentor in Greece and the UK. Non-stop. He’s spent 17 consecutive years teaching in various private colleges across Greece and abroad, and he’s a frequent guest speaker and panel moderator at global investment forums. His speaking engagements have taken him from Casablanca, Panama, and Mexico City to London, Madrid, and Gaudí’s birthplace.

She advises regulators, investors, startups, and businesses globally, particularly in web3, fintech, gaming, and AI. With extensive expertise in blockchain, she supports projects in data recording, asset marking, and crypto exchange entry. Dorota has an extensive experience in supporting entities using blockchain technology as a tool for recording and storing data, for process tracking, asset marking, crowdfunding, implementing cryptoeconomics, tokenizing assets or entering foreign crypto exchanges.
