He was declared Best Greek Sommelier and represented Greece at the Pan-European Sommelier Competition in 2002 and at the World Sommelier Competition in 2004. He has been a Judge of International Wine Competitions and has written articles in well-known magazines regarding wine and spirits.

    In recent years he has been preparing prospective contestants in Pan-Hellenic and International Competitions. From 2019 to 2022 he was officially the coach of the national sommelier team. He collaborates with well-known hotel groups and from 2011 until today, has been responsible for food pairing at the largest gastronomic event in Greece, the Sani Gourmet Festival.

    He has also been a wine consultant at two of the most recognized and awarded Michelin stars, “Spondi” and “Funky Gourmet”. Since 2017 he has been the official brand ambassador of the well-known Austrian wine glass house Riedel and was a member of the A.S.I. Teaching Committee from July 2017- December 2020.

With more than two decades of experience in information security, he has become a leading figure in the fields of Ethical Hacking, Penetration Testing, and Cyber Threat Analysis.

    As the founder and CEO of Audax Cybersecurity, he leads one of the country’s top cybersecurity companies, protecting businesses, organizations, and critical private and government infrastructures against sophisticated cyber threats. His team offers specialized services including Managed Detection & Response, Ultimate Penetration Testing, Threat Intelligence, and Security Awareness Training.

    Dimitris Georgiou holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Information Systems Security.     Vasilis Pazopoulos graduated from the University of Piraeus and holds an investment advisor certification from the Hellenic Capital Market Commission. He has also worked as a financial analyst for international markets in brokerage firms. “The myth that you can make easy money is what got me into the stock market,” he admits.

    In 2014, he published his first book titled “Investors Without Borders”, which focuses on international markets. In recent years, he has been responsible for the Blockchain & Crypto column on euro2day.gr, as well as for the YouTube channel of the same name.

    In April 2022, “The Bitcoin Investment Handbook” was published, which immediately became a best seller and is now in its third edition. His passion for cryptocurrencies dates back to 2017. As he himself notes: “There’s a kind of magic in the world of Bitcoin. Once you get involved, once you buy, a transformation begins.
